Refund policy

At Marlo's Boutique we sincerely hope you love everything you purchase, but we understand things do not always go as planned. Our return policy is 14 days for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE. Within those 14 days contact Marlo's Boutique @shopmarlosboutique@gmail.com to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags attached, no stains/smells, and original packaging. 

Reminder you are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for exchanging items or store credit. Return address will be sent after you contact us.

After receiving the returned item you will be issued your store credit to you through email with the amount and how to use it on your next purchase.
